Methi Poori Recipe , How to cook methi Poori at Home, Tasty Recipe
Ingredients
Flour – 200 gm
Besan – 2 spoons
Oil – 2- 3 spoons
Methi leaves – 1 cup
Turmeric Powder – ½ spoon
Carrom (Ajwain) Seeds – ½ spoon
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli – ½ spoon
Garam Masala - ½ sppon
Water for Kneading Dough
Oil for Deep Frying
Method
Knead the mixture of Flour, besan, salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, methi leaves , oil & water and prepare the dough
Keep the dough for 15 minutes
Take small portion of the dough and prepare a small ball for rolling it into oval shape
Deep fry the flatten bread .
Serve it on plate.
